Ritabhari Chakraborty started the year with the release of a brand new poster for her film ‘Fatafati’. The poster was praised and appreciated by the audience especially since Chakraborty had gone through a physical transformation to fit the role.
The makers have announced the movie’s release date. The film will be released on May 12th, 2023. She wore a beautiful silver sequin dress and a mask. Her hair and makeup were kept classy to match the fit. In this outfit, the actress looks almost surreal.
Ritabhari Chakraborty will play the role of a plus-size model in Fatafati, a movie about breaking stereotypes about what a woman’s body should look like. She gained 25 kilograms for the role, which impressed her fans and proves her commitment to her craft.
Aritra Mukherjee directed Fatafati. For the first time, she will share screen space with Abir Chatterjee and the popular TV actress Swastika Dutta. The story and Screenplay was written by Zinia Sen, the dialogues by Samragnee Bandyopadhyay, and produced by Windows. After Brahma Janen Gopon Kommoti, Fatafati is Ritabhari’s second film with Windows.
