The Interview-
What was the process and execution plan for training Ranbir Kapoor?
The training program has to be customised based on the understanding of client, his body type and basic requirement. Well it includes a lot of effort from the client’s side too. I believe in keeping it simple as there are major aspects where complications may occur.  Training is the only constraint that shows growth and progress towards the target. We keep food on priority and maintain the proper break down of protein, carbs and fat, making sure the certain strategy behind gaining muscle but not fat. But at the same time when it comes to lean up, losing fat but not muscle.
Ranbir has put on weight and maintained body earlier also, but here the approach and body requirement were totally different. He has to look dominating in Animal so as we trained upon.
What kind of fitness disciplined did Ranbir Kapoor follow?
As I said, our process is very simple but we keep it very disciplined and follow it in well planned manner. We start it in the morning with a concussion of aloe vera, amlas, wheat grass and turmeric along with a green juice. A suitable physical training routine. Most importantly a disciplined lifestyle with sustaining consistent meals with proper balance. I must say, Ranbir is very disciplined guy and knows what he has to do for his own betterment. Even on holidays, he eats clean and believes in sweating for a while.
What kind of physical training did Ranbir went through?
Every physical training starts with light warm up and proceed like wise. The workout was definitely laborious, but firstly we would spend time on his mobility and injury prevention drills. We followed our plan. Ranbir is too good to adapt heavy work outs. An hour of weight training has given enough results. We continued once or twice a week some functional training to keep the fitness level up.
How Ranbir Kapoor reacted to meal plan? Does he enjoy diet fitness food?
Laughs, not exactly a diet!! Every body needs to be fed by what it requires. I designed a nutrition plan which was cooked by his chef. Ranbir relishes simple food. He enjoyed basic meats, vegetables, rice, dals. The fact that made all difference is his calorie intake. We have planned it very carefully and strategically. The look and transformation of Ranbir is yeah…the balanced food and workout. After training so many celebrities and individuals, how was your experience with Ranbir, share some memorable moments.
Ranbir and I spent almost 3 years together for his body transformative requirements. What I understood that he is very attentive, aware and honest when it comes to hard work. He is a great disciple who values time.
What you will say to youngsters who follow celebrities and wishes to adapt their lifestyles?
See, I can only say to people around that we all must follow the hard work, determination and potential of individuals. If we wish to adapt the lifestyles, we need to have focus and honesty to achieve it.
