Marjaavaan Movie Review

Bollywood has always been on the roller coaster ride of Love, Lafda, Repeat mode. Marjaavaan Movie
is nothing new than that!

The movie starts with the “Hero ki entry” and continues till the gravity drops down with ‘Villians entry.” The star cast of the movie is partially heavy but fully powerful – Ritesh Deshmukh, Tara Sutaria, Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh.

Post introduction of the characters commences the usual stuff – Love, Lafda, Repeat! The lead actor finds love in a 20-year old girl who is on a mission to spread love via music. The character, Zoya isn’t able to speak, therefore, the emotional quotient will be hitting you right at the centre, so embrace that or brace for that.

Now Raghu aka Sidharth Malhotra who has made enemies try to kill him and in the cross-fire, a young girl child gets injured. Till here, the only things to appreciate were –

Milap sir’s style of direction &

Kinna Sona song

Marjaavaan Movie Review – Things that don’t make sense!

The first ten minutes of the movie. It is well understood that Milap sir always try to give a mass entry to the lead actor but seriously what’s that “Todunga Bhi, tod fod k jodunga bhi” and above all to prove his statement, he tries to apply bandage and medicines to the goons right after beating them.

And what is Ravi Kishan sir doing in the movie despite being getting insulted and appearing for a few seconds to show that yeah even he is there? Honestly, he is a damn good actor but his character wasn’t provided much presence in the movie.

By the time, the first half was over, this is what we said in our movie review of Marjaavaan –

Marjaavaan Movie Review – Things that did make sense!

The song was perfectly planted and was marvellously created.

The twist in the second half of the movie was good like all that planning done by Raghu.

Vishnu’s bodyguard was massy and it proved why he was needed.

Coming to dialogues, it looks like all the good ones were given to Vishnu while it was emotions and actions that were given to Raghu. Well, it even depends on how the actor performs so ten stars to Ritesh sir on that.

The death of Zoya, Vishnu and Raghu were completely justified which was good.

Plus, there is this masala which only a Bollywood movie can give you so that is bharpur Marjaavaan.

Finally, we cane to know why Raghu had to kill his love, Zoya.

After the movie, this is what we said in our movie review of Marjaavaan –

Honestly, we are more of a Ritesh fan so only if you are someone’s fan, only then you should go and watch this movie. Else, there is nothing that you will miss if you don’t watch this movie.

Hi, this is your Filmee Boy! About me? Well, I am a "Bakchod" who performs way better than "Thugs of Hindustan" by firing "Andhadhun" words. I am the "Padman" who has always stood at "102 Not Out". Last time when you were being a "Fanney Khan" at one of your "Veere Di Wedding", I was ruling the "Baazaar" of Bollywood by singing "Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga".
