Jabariya Jodi – another Bollywood movie landed in courts and trust me “skepticalism” towards this movie is quite high. Looking at the official trailer of the movie, what do we come to know –
There is a gunda boy named Abhay, played by Sidharth Malhotra.
There is a girl who tries to be a gundi with that bihari tone and lame-ass acting – played by Parineeti Chopra as Babli.
Now what happens is that this boy is completely against the dowry, ergo, takes down every son-of-a-bitch who tries to take it from the bride’s family. In the next scene, we are introduced to our dream-cum-Bihar-made girl Babli.
Although its altogether the same thing that we have seen in the past ten decades of film-making – those whirling hir of actress, that macho entry of the lead actor but to make it look like 2019, the makers of Jabariya Jodi have tried to place a few good characters who know how to do things even when it is impossible.
Hence, meet the TVF-guy –
Wait there’s one more addition –
The one and only Javed Jaffrey
Now, all thanks to the writer of Jabariya Jodi, there are a few new dialogues to tickle your bone but what happens next is pretty damn obvious.
Sanjay Mishra, Babli’s father wants to marry her daughter but things with her love-interest – Abhay – have gone bad. Now she wants to kidnap him and then marry him. Why? Probably because she is pissed with him!
Wait – what is Aparshakti Khurana doing in the movie?
We will have to wait to know about that. My guess is that he is playing the good guy in the movie but hey this is Bollywood, you never know. Jabariya Jodi comes out on August 2, 2019, but until then here the trailer for you –
Hi, this is your Filmee Boy! About me? Well, I am a "Bakchod" who performs way better than "Thugs of Hindustan" by firing "Andhadhun" words. I am the "Simmba" jo kr leta hai har "Stree" ko "Raazi". I am the "Padman" who has always stood at "102 Not Out". Last time when you were being a "Fanney Khan" at one of your "Veere Di Wedding", I was ruling the "Baazaar" of Bollywood by singing "Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga".
