When discussing the Indian entertainment industry, women and their attractiveness appear regularly. But when we hear the words “beauty with brains,” Aditi Govitrikar is the first person who comes to mind. Well, the timeless diva has seen the best of both worlds, with her being a successful actor, doctor, psychologist, and supermodel. The kind of journey she had in her professional area is encouraging for everyone who sees her work, and well, she keeps getting better at it. She has been a part of many initiatives and enlightening projects in the past, and now she’s leading the charge in opening up a discussion about married women’s mental health. It’s rare in today’s society to discuss this subject. With the help of her unique program, “Marvelous Mrs India,” Aditi is paving the way for other married women to gain empowerment. The actress does everything she can to ensure the emotional well-being of her fans, including embarking on specific projects to boost their self-esteem. Aditi has been doing a “Mental Health” series for Morison Baby, specifically for married women who are also expecting children. Pregnant women’s mental health has been a central topic of discussion throughout the series. The series covers various issues relevant to pregnant moms, including the significance of maintaining a regular sleep schedule. Aditi Govitrikar’s expertise has been invaluable to countless expectant mothers, allowing them to relax and enjoy this pivotal time. The normalization of conversations about mental health among married women has come a long way in recent years, and this has led to significant progress.

Aditi Govitrikar shares, “In our culture, a discourse about the importance of mental health for married women is one that still needs a great deal of attention. Stress can manifest itself in a variety of forms for individual women. Some people are concerned about whether or not they will live up to the standards set by their in-laws. In contrast, others are apprehensive and frightened about having their first child, the delivery process, and the pregnancy period. Some people have a hard time striking a balance between their personal lives and their professional lives. Even in this day and age, there are still many women who are in a position where they have to decide between their employment and the duties they have at home. It does take a toll, although many women choose not to discuss it openly. Because of this, I decided to come up with Marvelous Mrs. India. As the name of this campaign suggests, it is an effort to convince every married woman that they are already fantastic in their own right and that there are still plenty of things they can achieve even after they have tied the knot. It also promotes and encourages what is right for their mental health, and it is my way of doing my part to make these women feel joyful and confident. In addition to the programs that I offer that are designed specifically for married women, I believe that the emotional well-being of women who are carrying a child or children is of the utmost importance.”

Well, congrats go out to Aditi Govitrikar for being on the cutting edge of such a wonderful endeavor and motivating everyone else with the incredible content and expertise she creates. It demonstrates beyond a reasonable doubt that not only is she a successful actress but also a respected mental health champion whose words of wisdom are taken seriously by everybody who hears them. Here’s hoping that she keeps on inspiring people in the same way that she has been doing all these years because we adore it.

Hi, this is your Filmee Boy! About me? Well, I am a "Bakchod" who performs way better than "Thugs of Hindustan" by firing "Andhadhun" words. I am the "Padman" who has always stood at "102 Not Out". Last time when you were being a "Fanney Khan" at one of your "Veere Di Wedding", I was ruling the "Baazaar" of Bollywood by singing "Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga".
