I had to consume a lot more fats and carbohydrates, claims Ritabhari. I had to eat far more than normal once I stopped eating mindfully. My body sometimes couldn’t handle it and flushed it out. I experienced some moments of weakness. It’s not as fun as it sounds to gain weight. weight isn’t as exciting as it sounds. There were moments when I would get exhausted when climbing one floor, working on sets, or in general.
