In terms of binge-watching television series on over-the-top (OTT) platforms, there are many options, but only a few are worthwhile. For the convenience of our readers, we have compiled lists of some of the most anticipated events.
1) Scam 2003: The Telgi story
Having captivated us with Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story, the filmmakers are back with Scam 2003: It is based on the novel Telgi Scam: Reporter ki Journal by Sanjay Singh, Directed by Tushar Hiranandani and starring Gagan Dev Riar.
2) Gandhi
Directed by Hansal Mehta and starring Pratik Gandhi, the film is based on Ramachandra Guha’s books Gandhi Before India and Gandhi: The Years That Changed the World.
3) Mirzapur season 3
There will soon be a fight between Guddu Bhaiya and Kaleen Bhaiya. Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, and other stars from the first two seasons will return in the third season.
4) Made In Heaven season 2
Featuring opulent Indian weddings, Made In Heaven 2 will follow the lives of wedding planners Tara (Sobhita Dhulipala) and Karan (Arjun Mathur). Their professional lives continue flourishing, but their personal lives must be repaired.
5) Scoop
A series based on the life of crime journalist Jagruti Pathak is also set to be produced by Matchbox studios and released on Netflix by ace director Hansal Mehta. Scoop was created by Mehta and Mrunmayee Lagoo Waikul, known for co-writing Thappad, and is inspired by Jigna Vora’s biographical book Behind The Bars In Byculla: My Days in Prison.
