Shehzada
Kartik Aaryan and Rohit Dhawan’s rom-com drama went on floors recently. The theater has an interesting blend of quirky punchlines, humor, and Kartik’s first-ever action sequence. Well, Kriti Sanon adds to the film’s charm with the Shehzada. The duo struck great chemistry in the film’s recently revealed teaser, and you can’t sleep on this one! Faraaz
Helmed by Hansal Mehta, “Faraaz” is based on the real-life terrorist attack that ravaged a Dhaka cafe in 2016. This hostage drama features a young man, Faraaz, who finds himself spunky and trapped with his two friends and several other ordinary Bangladeshis. The main highlight of the story is how this event unfolds. The film, a tense drama that unspools over one claustrophobic night, is a story of our polarized times, one that seeks to explore young minds and their angst which often leads to acts of unspeakable violence.
Hansal Mehta’s fictionalized representations of true events in his previous films and series like Omerta, Shahid, Aligarh, and Scam 1992 have been par excellence! If you crave a gripping thriller to savor, Faraaz is your absolute go-to. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Anubhav Sinha, Sakshi Bhatt, Sahil Saigal, and Mazahir Mandsaurwala. The Anubhav Sinha directorial stars Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar are touted to be an intriguing social drama that will give you some mental stimulation. Interesting, isn’t it? The film was produced by Anubhav Sinha and Bhushan Kumar under their banners Benaras Media Works and T-Series.
