Lost is having its Asian Premiere at the IFFI International Film Festival of India. Be sure to watch it on ZEE5!
National, 28th November 2022: The largest home-grown video streaming platform, ZEE5, is having a successful year of releases with documentaries like Forensic and Atithi Bhooto Bhava among others and an upcoming release starring Yami Gautam and Pankaji Kapoor called Lost. This next release also features Rahul Khanna and Neil Bhoopalam in pivotal roles, as the production team works with Namah Pictures to complete the ambitious project.
‘Lost’ premiered at the 13th Annual Chicago South Asian Film Festival and received an overwhelming response. Now, the much-anticipated movie will premiere soon on ZEE5. The film is about a crime reporter who’s in relentless search of truth behind the sudden disappearance of a young theater activist. Inspired by true events, ‘Lost’ is written by Shyamal Sengupta and dialogues are by Ritesh Shah.
ZEE5’s Chief Business Officer, Manish Kalra, said in a statement that “Lost” is the right step towards entertaining their viewers with unique content. He also revealed that the response at IFFI was encouraging and they are confident it will be loved by their audience worldwide.
Shariq, who is the CBO of Zee Studios, said that it was a moment to see the appreciation from the audience during the premier of “LOST.” He assures that movies like this continue to be made and will be loved once they’re released. This just confirms his trust that they’ll love it when it’s released.
Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, the director of Lost, was proud to see his work be seen by a wider audience through ZEE5. The screening for the film at IFFI was something he will never forget.
