Fatafati, Ritabhari Chakraborty’s eagerly anticipated film, is getting ready for its grand release. The movie depicts the experience of an obese lady who is scrutinized by society because of her weight and has her aspirations rated according to how big her body is. To match the role properly, Ritabhari put on 25 kg, and she resembles Bhumi Pednekar’s Dum Laga Ke Haisha in many ways.
As the actress in Dum Laga Ke Haisha went above and beyond to fit into her role, Bhumi Pednekar’s transformation was the talk of the town previously.
Speaking further about Ritabhari Chakraborty’s diet and exercise, she explains, “Putting on weight seems simple, but it’s not. In order to achieve my weight-gain target, I had to be careful not to simply put everything into my stomach. I also made sure to eat appropriately while on my calorie-surplus diet to prevent future health problems.
Ritabhari Chakraborty also participated in a unique photoshoot with influencers who embrace their flaws and love their bodies. The actress received praise for being someone who encourages her audiences to love and accept themselves as well as what their bodies do for them on a daily basis.
The director of Fatafati is Aritra Mukherjee. She will share screen time for the first time with Abir Chatterjee and Swastika Dutta, a well-known TV actress who plays an important role. Zinia Sen wrote the story and the screenplay and Samragnee Bandyopadhyay provided the dialogue. Produced by Windows. After Brahma Janen Gopon Kommoti, Ritabhari’s second movie with Windows is Fatafati. The movie is scheduled to premiere on May 12, 2023.
