Rajshri Deshpande’s Emmy-deserving performance in Trial By Fire stunned everyone. Hansal Mehta, a director whose work speaks volumes, praised the actress for her true-life character.
Taking to social media, Hansal Mehta wrote, “Met @rajshriartist last evening, and I was choked up talking about her performance in @netflixIndia’s excellent trial by fire. It was one of the best performances I’ve seen in years. What an actor. Deserves an Emmy etc. Hands down.”
Throughout the series, Rajshri has embraced the story of a woman who lost her children in the Uphaar cinema blaze in 1997. This series is a must-watch for everyone as Rajshri Deshpande has undergone rigorous changes throughout the story.
Rajshri has also appeared in Sacred Games as the wife of a gangster, followed by Laxami in Pan Nalin’s Angry Indian Goddesses. Additionally, she has multiple projects lined up for 2023, and we can’t wait to see what she has planned.
