Preeti Jhangiani and Parvin Dabas, who are preparing for yet another Championship in a new city, are igniting excitement among residents of Mathura. The PAFI National Armwrestling & Para Armwrestling Championship 2023, which is being held in Mathura by the Uttar Pradesh Armwrestling Association under the supervision of People’s Armwrestling Federation India from June 1–4, 2023, cannot come soon enough with more than 1000 athletes already expected. As the People’s Armwrestling Federation of India’s president, Preeti will attend the occasion, and Parvin Dabas will serve as the honorary guest.
They express their excitement for the competition, saying, “We are super excited for Mathura! We are so excited for Mathura! The Indian Armwrestling Team will be chosen from this competition to compete in the Open Asian Armwrestling Championship in Uzbekistan and the World Armwrestling Championship in Kazakhstan in 2023. As more and more people become interested in arm wrestling, it feels amazing to see our efforts pay off.
India’s standing in arm wrestling internationally has unquestionably improved because of Preeti Jhangiani and Parvin Dabas’ Pro Panja League. The two have given up a great deal to get this sport to where it is now. Because of their tireless efforts, Parvin Dabas and Preeti Jhangiani, owners of PPL and its creators, have given a sport that had been somewhat neglected in recent years a new identity. Indians now watch more arm wrestling than any other country in the world.
