We Indians love two days more than any other festival. During Republic Day, we are reminded of what a great country we live in. On 15th August, we remember the sacrifices and hard work of freedom fighters, but Republic Day gives us a renewed sense of responsibility to uphold the secular laws that were set in the new India.

The Bigg Boss Fame actress Nikki Tamboli talks about the way she celebrates Republic Day. She loves watching patriotic films and reveals which one she enjoys the most. My favorite movie is Rang De Basanti, which is both relatable as well as inspiring. It gives a different feeling on national days, one of pride and unity.

The 26th of January is celebrated as Republic Day in our country. On this day in 1950, our country adopted its constitution and became a fully sovereign state. Our country’s fundamental law, the Constitution, was enacted by great men like Mahatma Gandhi and numerous freedom fighters who fought and sacrificed their lives for its independence. The 26th of January was declared a national holiday and has been celebrated ever since as Republic Day.

Hi, this is your Filmee Boy! About me? Well, I am a "Bakchod" who performs way better than "Thugs of Hindustan" by firing "Andhadhun" words. I am the "Padman" who has always stood at "102 Not Out". Last time when you were being a "Fanney Khan" at one of your "Veere Di Wedding", I was ruling the "Baazaar" of Bollywood by singing "Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga".
