Many movies have come and gone under in the Bollywood cinema, some left their never forgetting mark, and some were left misunderstood. However, the most underworked genre in Hindi cinema is the horror genre.
There are quite a few movies in the Hindi Horror films area, but in the history of 100 Years of cinema, the movies are more than just up to the mark. The number of horrors isn’t just equivalent when compared to other genres. The Telugu Film Industry has created better and more numerous movies when compared to Bollywood.

Golmaal Again (2017)

The 4th not-so-sequel of the Golmaal series, directed by Rohit Shetty, famous for his action direction movies, tried his hands at a horror comedy genre. The cast was monotonous except for the new addition of Parineeti Chopra and Tabu. As you can expect from a Rohit Shetty film, the film is dramatic and hyperbolic in every sense. Not giving away the climax of the film, the film is more comedy than horror. However, like every Golmaal film, it is enjoyable and a blast to watch.
Khilona Bana Khalnayak (1993)

Khilona Bana Khalnayak was originally titled Zapatlela (in Marathi). The movie stars Laxmikant Berde in the lead role, besides Mahesh Kothare as a CID Inspector and the film’s director. The story is the standard parallel of the last film with a twist, with Bhoothnath (Amitabh Bachhan) coming back on earth as a ghost to scare children, owing to his reputation in the Bhoothworld of him being a sucky ghost. He comes back to frighten kids but ends up making a friend. A boy named Akhrot (Parth Bhalerao) can not only see him but isn’t afraid of him.
