Faraaz, the Hansal Mehta directorial, is set for an unconventional release tomorrow. According to industry reports, the film is the most important & moving film of our time. There will be 100 screens showing the film in the premium slot across the country. If you’re planning on seeing the movie this weekend, make sure to check the schedule and the nearest theater.

We want Faraaz to reach the right audience, so we decided to release it in select screens as a premium release. Producer Anubhav Sinha explains, “Faraaz is a story that needs to be experienced on the big screen.” It is a special film and we want people to be a part of the premium show experience across India. We have seen many changes in how people consume content in the last few years, whether they watch movies at home on OTT or go to the theater. As filmmakers and producers, it’s important to adapt to how the behavior of the audience has changed, so we decided to release Faraaz on select screens.”

There is nothing to miss out on when it comes to Faraaz. This film not only highlights a terrorist attack, but also speaks about ideologies, thought processes, & so much more for today’s youth. It opens the door to understanding things from a different perspective.

Since the special screenings at the BFI London Film Festival, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, and many more from the industry have praised the film.

Faraaz is about a young boy who stood tall in the darkest hours following a real-life terrorist attack in a Dhaka cafe.

Hansal Mehta directs Faraaz, which is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Sakshi Bhatt, Anubhav Sinha, Mazahir Mandsaurwala, and Sahil Saigal. In association with Mahana Films, T-Series and Benaras Media work to jointly produce Faraaz.
