Over three decades, Boney Kapoor has been the entertainment industry’s one man show. By not just delivering back-to-back hits in Indian cinema but also in Tamil & Telegu films. A social media post by the producer announced the biography of his late wife and the legendary actress Sridevi titled ‘The Life of a Legend’. It is written by Dhiraj Kumar, whom the actress considered as a family.
Boney Kapoor shared the news with just one word, “Announcement”
In his own words, Boney Kapoor said, “Sridevi was the happiest when she shared her art on screen with her fans, but she was also fiercely private. We are happy that Dhiraj Kumar is writing a book that fits her extraordinary life. He was a writer, researcher, and columnist. Shridevi considered him a family.”
Sridevi, the quintessential Bollywood superstar, is fully portrayed in the book. During her 50-year career, she has appeared in over 300 films in Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. She has won International Awards, State Government Awards, and National Film Awards.
