My favorite breakfast is a bowl of oatmeal with almond milk, some almonds, chia seeds and walnuts. Although I don’t advise anyone to consume this much caffeine, I am a coffee addict and drink at least 4-5 cups of black coffee daily. “

He continues, “Usually I follow a low carb, high protein diet and I have a cheat meal once a week. I have been following this diet for a very long time and have been satisfied with it. But when I have a goal to reach, I go on a zero-carb diet, which is typically done to shock the body and get the desired outcomes. However, it should only be done for a short period of time, perhaps for 10 to 15 days, as it causes mood swings and irritable behavior.
Finally, when asked who motivates him, he replies, “I have been following Mark Walberg for quite some time; his workout routine, diet, and daily schedule have inspired me. Recently, I found out that he sleeps at 7.30 pm, wakes up at 2.30 am, and starts his daily workout routine by 3.30 am. He is a true inspiration.”
Hi, this is your Filmee Boy! About me? Well, I am a "Bakchod" who performs way better than "Thugs of Hindustan" by firing "Andhadhun" words. I am the "Padman" who has always stood at "102 Not Out". Last time when you were being a "Fanney Khan" at one of your "Veere Di Wedding", I was ruling the "Baazaar" of Bollywood by singing "Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga".
