If there’s anything Bollywood never fails to do is SUPRISE us. No matter the criticism, this is the world that continues to rise from the ashes and surprises us. In a yet another surprise, Malang movie released on 7th February 2020. And boy what a brilliant delivery it was.

Starring Anil Kapoor sir, Disha, Aditya and Kunal in the lead/ supportive roles, Malang movie is a 5-star journey that won’t let you leave your seat and this Malang movie review is a testimony to it.

Right from its first scene to the point where everything gets cleared, Malang amazes you and gives you immense cuddles of love. Powered by an impeccable line of acting of the cast, the movie narrates a tale of revenge scripted like never before.

A boy named Advait is on a journey to experience the world on his own terms. Sara, another free spirit, who plans to unwind her biggest fears, meets Advait at a rave party. High on confidence, both decide to travel together and then become inseparable. The movie runs parallel, in the present and future, brilliantly inserting each scene to make the utmost sense. What brings them to together, keeps them apart and forces them to choose the path of revenge is what Malang is all about.

Malang Movie Review – Things We liked

First things first, the script of Malang movie! Written by Aseem Arrora Sir, the story testifies the power of a writer, his imagination and creative ability. It is because of this clear cut script, Malang runs at an unexpected level.

Next comes the music! Composed by Ankit Tiwari, Mithoon, Ved Sharma, Asim Azhar, and The Fusion Project, the movie soundtrack is a brilliant line of music and truly a treat for your ears. The lyrics which were written by Kunaal Vermaa, Sayeed Quadri, Prince Dubey and Haarsh Limabachiyaa deserve a special mention in the Malang movie review.

Above all stands the acting. From the point where the lead actor is introduced to the point where the mystery unfolds, each dialogue written has been delivered with complete conviction and genuineness! A great thanks to Anil sir for his yet another Jhakass acting.

Malang Movie Review – Things We Didn’t Like

Even though, the Malang team made it clear that there would be nothing that the audience would hate or dislike, there is still one thing we would like to point out –

At the point when Kunal’s character Michael Rodriguez explained to Advait why he killed Sara, somehow the statement – “Agar use chor deta to vo dunia ko batati k Michael mard nhi hai” (may not be the exact line) was less appropriate. This was the only thing! I think the reason could have been much better than this because Sara was so scared that she may not have said this to anyone. Plus, there could have been a better reason. Just an observation!

The rest was great.

Overall, Malang stands at 4 stars out of 5!

Malang Movie Review – Watch Now

Hi, this is your Filmee Boy! About me? Well, I am a "Bakchod" who performs way better than "Thugs of Hindustan" by firing "Andhadhun" words. I am the "Padman" who has always stood at "102 Not Out". Last time when you were being a "Fanney Khan" at one of your "Veere Di Wedding", I was ruling the "Baazaar" of Bollywood by singing "Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga".
